Automatic Water Tank Loading/Unloading System
- This system is equipped with an independently developed vision system, uniquely combined with an inflatable shaft and I-beam wheel for reeling. By utilizing a high-load six-axis robotic arm platform and the precise positioning movement of the robotic seventh axis, a complete closed-loop composite robotic product for loading/unloading and palletizing has been formed.
- It has successfully automated the reeling operation of 60 units of equipment, fundamentally achieving cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. At the same time, the system also provides an online monitoring information system for production, laying a solid foundation for the realization of intelligent unmanned workshops. The robotic seventh axis we provided for this project reaches a single length of 120 meters, and since 2018, we have successfully delivered hundreds of sets of equipment to our customers.

JIT+C2M Smart Factory (Steel Plate Intelligent Production Line)
- Since the beginning of our collaboration in June 2016, we have established a deep strategic partnership with Nanjing Iron and Steel. Particularly in July 2019, with the construction of the JIT+C2M Smart Factory, we have been fully involved in the research and development and design of their steel plate intelligent production line.
- The gantry span reaches 12 meters, and the Z-axis end load reaches 2 tons. These figures are at the leading level both domestically and internationally. The establishment of the JIT+C2M Smart Factory has strongly supported and promoted the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation and upgrading of Nanjing Iron and Steel. Through personalized customization, intelligent plate assembly, digital linkage, and other management measures, as well as AI, 5G, IoT, and other technologies, we have enabled direct interaction between Nanjing Iron and Steel and their users. This has penetrated the channel from the C-end to the M-end of deep-processed products, achieving lean, flexible, and intelligent production, as well as agile, punctual, and convenient delivery. This has helped users further reduce costs and increase efficiency, creating value. The commissioning of this smart factory will promote the upgrade of Nanjing Iron and Steel from producing industrial goods to "consumer goods", accelerating its pace towards becoming a world-class intelligent industrial backbone. It will also lead the transformation of traditional industrial production models to customized intelligent service models, having a profound impact on the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional manufacturing industry.
